Two ways to get it
- Buy a ready-made, tested device with an active licence for all three firmwares — CAN2SAN, CANSAN and CANBridgeIP (€100).
- Build it yourself: firmware and Gerber files are provided — just buy a licence key for activation (€20).
- The licence is unlimited and valid for the entire CANSAN family. Do not format the flash — it stores the licence.
CAN2SAN — CAN-bus analysis
- Analysis of CAN-bus data with CANBOMBER and Can-HackerS programs.
- Built-in ID filter and ID/byte replacement.
- Full Can-HackerS mode over USB or Bluetooth.
- CAN direction selection, 11-bit and 29-bit modes.
- Convenient built-in mobile web interface; change SSID and password.
CANSAN — module emulation
- Emulation of missing modules: activate radios, seats, air conditioning, electric power steering and more — without the car.
- Bench diagnostics: connect a steering rack on the table and the device emulates a running car.
- Built-in bomber for ID and BYTE, dynamic and static senders.
- IF-to-SEND checker for automatic error deletion.
- Full Can-Hacker (lawicel) protocol support.
- Jumper J1 on the MCP2515 module: set when connecting peripheral devices, removed when connecting to the car or computer.
CANBridgeIP — CAN over the internet
- Connects CAN devices at any distance over Wi-Fi and IP.
- Transmits CAN packets of any format and speed; 11-bit and 29-bit modes.
- OBD2 protocol support: ISO 9141, ISO 14230.
- UART bridge: 8192–115200 baud.
- CAN speeds from 5 kbps to 1000 kbps with automatic network detection.
