SOLARSAN-GPS WiFi MQTT
This system consists of a basic module SOLARSAN-GPS which can operate independently and SOLARSAN-SLAVE working only as an actuator.
With the help of SOLARSAN-GPS, solar concentrators, collectors or panels can be oriented at right angles to sunlight. Control is carried out with the help of actuators or rotary actuators in one or two planes and has an accuracy of one degree.
The module has an “anemometer” input for protection against strong wind, an “hail and snow sensor” input and a “photo sensor” input for sleep mode during low solar activity. The built-in WiFi module allows you to configure the tracker via the WEB page via a local network or via an access point. Built-in MQTT broker allows you to manage and receive data via the Internet around the world.
Power supply from 12V to 30V (and HV version with power from 12V to 55V). Current protection. Built-in radio modem 433.92 (315.00) MHz with a capacity of 100 mW for data transmission within a radius of up to 100 meters to SOLARSAN-SLAVE modules. IP66 housing allows you to install a solar tracker in the open.
We have installed more than 500 solar trackers around the world and Ukraine in particular, and now we can confidently rely on our statistics.
Take for example two axial mechanism on 28 solar panels. Such a mechanism will cost $ 4000 with delivery, installation and a 5-year warranty. Due to the fact that the solar panels will be directed at the right angle to the sun at all times, the efficiency increases from 40 to 47%, especially on cloudy days and in the winter season. This gives a payback period of up to 4 years on average, as without a solar tracker. But having installed a solar tracker, in 4 years your net profit will be many times greater.
